We do not ship any product out side of the continental United States.

All unused/unopened items may be returned for a full refund of the product price within 30 days. We do not refund shipping charges. All used/opened product returns will be evaluated individually.

Flint River Ranch dog and cat food will be accepted opened or unopened within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please contact us for instructions.

If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 10%.

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not shipped.

In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we will reimburse you for shipping charges or issue an UPS call tag at our expense. We will also re-ship the correct order to you at no additional charge.
